Waste Management of Illinois Inc., a provider of comprehensive waste management services, has dedicated what it says is the largest commercial compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling facility in Illinois.
The site, located in Stickney, is equipped with 55 "slow-fuel" stations for the company's growing CNG fleet of trucks. The facility also includes a public, easy-access "Clean N' Green" retail station equipped with four "fast-fuel" pumps that can be used by individuals, companies or municipalities operating CNG vehicles, according to Waste Management. The retail facility will be operated by PetroCard.
Waste Management currently operates more than 30 CNG trucks in the Chicago area and says it anticipates to have more than 80 in the area by year-end, making it Illinois' largest commercial CNG refuse truck fleet.
Hi everyone,
I work for Clean N' Green Fuel and the station is working out a few bugs right now and we'll hope to have it up shortly! We'll be doing some fun promotions for the station once we are up and running, It is a public station, open 24/7 and accepts Visa/MasterCard, WEX, VOY and Clean N' Green. The location in Wheeling is a private site and not open to the public. However, you can apply for a card if you would like to fuel there and have a business.
We are trying to get to know our customers and love doing fun promotions. Right now you can like us on Facebook and once we hit 150 users, we'll give away some free CNG. You can also check on our website for the current prices and locations and promotions too... www.cleanngreenfuel.com

Qtedimple: The North Aurora Auto Mall in Illinois at Orchard Road and I-88 is an ideal location for commuters going to work in Chicago. 2nd largest city in Illinois and there's space available. I'm sure the dealers would love to have a CNG station there so they could sell CNG vehicles too.
Well anyway thanks for actually taking the risk and putting in CNG stations. I think that's great.
