Ref ot a radio and speakers

I have seen many older posts regarding speakers in the rear deck, but never anything recent on what they are, where to get them, how to get them, or who in so cal can install them.

And a better radio also.

The stock one is real bad.

I found two small Pioneer surface mount speakers that fit on the rear deck without blocking the view. Big improvement in sound, but probably not what you're looking for if you're that unhappy with the stock stereo (which is already setup for rear speakers). Any stereo shop should be able to install them, but these speakers are hard to find.

There are plenty of stereos that will retrofit into the Honda Civic space. One of ours has the standard stereo with an add-on CD via FM changer. Both have iPod adapters that plug in to the standard CD port on the stock stereo.
