It will vary with the number of cars available in the marketplace. I have no idea if any large number of fleet vehicles are being delivered anywhere. Mary said that she was expecting the last 11 (from the last round of funding) to go in 1-2 weeks. That can change rapidly with a fleet delivery though. It's kinda like Vegas... just go ahead and roll the dice. As long as they keep putting money into the pot for the life of the program (which I suspect they will) you're golden.
