I have an 85 dodge 1 ton truck, and I've been looking at converting it to CNG in order to off-set the cost of regular gas. I'm talking about using it as a bi-fuel vehicle. I have plenty of space under the back for lots of tanks, but the problem is that I can't find anyone to sell tanks, and I've found only a few places to do conversions or sell kits. They are all in California. Is there a place in Utah to buy tanks and/or kits for conversion to CNG?

There are several: Layton, Centervil, 2 in SLC and one in St George. I'll try to get some phone numbers for you. I belive most are booked out about a month.

Thanks Robert. I've tried Sno-Motion, and I wouldn't let them work on my lawn mower much less my truck!

As far as I know there are no certified conversion kits for any foreign car, unless you buy a factory GX.

Where in Layton I could only find sno motion which is a $12,000 dollar conversion would wear the car out before you broke even . has the kit but you must install yourself

Just FYI, the powers that be on cngchat.com state that you cannot advertise for anyone that sells non-certified kits. Not trying to be rude but i'd just thought i'd let you know.
