WHat are the basic regular maintenance items I need to plan for? In Utah other than Garff and Sno-Motion are there places to have regular service done?

Just get and follow the manufacturer's suggested maintenance schedule. It's about the same as a regular car, except that changing fuel filter(s) is more important with CNG than with gasoline if you buy at commercial dispensers or have questionable supply at home.

I have a car from Arizona where the cng is filtered at the pump. Will I just need to put a filter in like a change or do you think I will actually have to add a part that holds a filter?
